The Signature Coaching relationship is a dynamic and continuously evolving advisory offering, designed for individuals and families who want a dedicated team of highly credentialed advisors deeply engaged in the planning, oversight, and coordination of their financial lives through an ongoing relationship.

Each new client engagement begins with a thorough and collaborative onboarding process to organize your full financial picture, establish priorities, and build a custom financial plan with detailed, actionable recommendations aligned with your goals. Our advisory team brings particular depth in portfolio optimization, asset allocation, and tax-efficient planning to ensure this foundational work serves as a strong starting point for everything that follows.

What sets this relationship apart is the ongoing advisory relationship where your plan becomes a living framework that our team refines and builds upon throughout the year. We provide family office-level guidance across investments and investment opportunities, tax strategy, estate planning, risk management, executive compensation, liquidity planning, and generational wealth design through a fixed cadence of meetings, check-ins, and availability for one-off questions and to meet with your CPA and attorney as needs arise.

What an Ongoing Advisory Relationship Includes

Ongoing support within the Signature Coaching Program includes:

  • Two dedicated meetings per year, a semi-annual strategy meeting and a Comprehensive Annual Review, along with quarterly check-ins to keep everything on track between formal meetings.
  • Exclusive ongoing access to our advisory team for clarification and guidance related to your financial plan and associated recommendations, as-needed advisory services and implementation support to execute specific transactions, tax planning guidance throughout the year, evaluation of new investment opportunities, one-off planning questions between meetings, and dedicated service as a thoughtful sounding board as you move forward with recommendations.
  • Joint conference calls as needed with other members of your professional team, such as CPAs and estate planning attorneys, to ensure strategies are coordinated and implemented seamlessly across your full financial picture.
  • Access throughout the year to webinars, economic reports, and complimentary access for you and two guests to our annual client events.

Our clients typically have meaningful financial decisions in motion, multiple moving parts, and a strong preference for structure, accountability, and having a dedicated advisory team that understands the full picture.

This relationship is best suited to support the full range of decisions that come with a sophisticated financial life.

Fee Structure

Our Signature Coaching Program is structured in two phases.

The first phase is an initial planning engagement during which we develop your custom financial plan and establish the strategic foundation for your financial life. Initial engagement fees begin at $15,000 and are scoped based on the complexity of your situation, with typical engagements ranging between $15,000 and $30,000.

Following your plan presentation, the relationship transitions into an ongoing monthly advisory service at a custom monthly fee based on the complexity and scope of your situation. This fee covers your semi-annual strategy meeting, your Comprehensive Annual Review, quarterly check-ins, and continuous access to the full depth of our advisory team throughout the year. Your Comprehensive Annual Review is fully built into the ongoing structure going forward, with no additional fees due at renewal. The result is a completely predictable relationship with no surprises.

We do not charge or accept commission-based compensation or assets under management fees. Our only compensation is the fee you pay us directly, which means our advice is always objective and always in your best interest.
